Waivers

All riders must have a waiver completed prior to riding - NO EXCEPTIONS.

This only need be completed once, it is valid for all other visits to our centre.

 

The process is as follows

 

1. Download the waiver by clicking on the link to the word document below

2. Complete and signature as appropriate

3. Scan

4. Attach to an email and send to frances@kleinreiterhof.com with "Riders Name - Waiver" in the subject line.
